Hi all! This is Paula. I've indulged my inner nerd and learned that the bridge Mom just climbed is the sixth longest spanning-arch bridge in the world, and it is the tallest steel arch bridge, measuring 134 m (440 ft) from top to water level. Here's a picture of it - love that Mom was up on top of it!!
Hi Mom! We spent the day today painting trim in advance of getting the house on the market. Sadly, I think this is going to be on the agenda for the next couple weeks. This house has sure has a lot of baseboards! The highlight of the weekend so far was the purchase of an "as seen on tv" humidifier, since the weather has been bitterly cold - so, in a nutshell, what we're up to is significantly less interesting than what you're up to!! Miss you and love you!
